Howard’s Very Own is a new platform to discover and showcase emerging entrepreneurs and well-established business owners within the Howard University community. As Howard’s very first entrepreneurship platform with a business directory, an interview web series highlighting business owners, social media presence for quick and easy engagement, and a business showcase – Howard’s Very Own serves as the network and tool needed to build the communal engagement of Howard University’s entrepreneurial community.

Howard’s Very Own” began as a web series documenting and interviewing Howard University Students as successful entrepreneurs contributing to the global society. Since the conception of this project, the Howard’s Very Own brand has garnered the attention of many individuals in the Howard community.

Our goal is to expose Howard University and the outer community to the businesses and ventures created by our very own Bison. We hope that with this platform, we can foster a trend of supporting Black and minority-owned businesses, which will in turn facilitate economic prosperity in our communities.
